Pictures of Logan

So here are a few pictures of Logan no middle name yet Johnson. I know they are hard to see ultra sound pictures but now he is big enough that you can see he is a baby. Thankfully things are going very good with the pregnancy and now I only have to go to the doctor ever four weeks versus the every two that I had been doing. It made that first few months seem like forever. And at 32 weeks I go twice a week which will be a pain but I am so happy that they are so on top of things. Not too much longer and he will be here! His Big Brother is so exited he can hardly stand it! They will be great friends! And even though you can't see it in these pictures, Logan totally has Jake's nose!

Preschool!!!!

These are a few pictures from preschool. He loved this little puppy Star, it was hard to get him to leave! He goes to school on a farm so he gets to chase chickens and feed the baby cows and play with all sorts of other animals while he learns. He loves it and gets so excited to do his "homework" in the evening! Jake and I are still in denial that our little man is growing up, but soon we will have a new little baby!

This is the first day and he was so excited I couldn't get him to stand still! So these are the best pictures I could do.

He really needs a hair cut!

Really old Pictures

I finally uploaded pictures from my camera so here are some old pictures of horse back riding with my Dad. And it was the baby's first ride although I had no idea!!!

We are at a national park about 15 min. from our house.

Reasons I love Being a MOM!

OK I promise I will put up more pictures soon, maybe this week since preschool is starting!
But a few things that I love about having my little man I wanted to add first.
1. Being woken up at 5:30 on Sunday morning with "SHHHH mom we are spies, get your gun and follow me"
2. Hearing him yell "How do you like me now?" While he plays Lego Star Wars on the XBox
3. When I ask him to do something and he says no so I ask him why, his response is "power to the people" and he runs away.
4. He is so excited to be a big brother he always looks for diapers at the store and tells me I need to rest for the baby.
5. Every night before bed as I am leaving he says " one more kiss Mommy, please?" How could I ever say no?

He is so much fun and on most mornings he greats me with "so what do you want to do first today Mommy?" I am just sad that this stage will be over all too soon. But I know we have lots more fun to come!

Guess What?

We are having a new baby Jan. 6 2010. we found out yesterday that it is a boy and we are very excited. Everything is going really good but they are still watching very closely, I have had three ultra sounds already, but it is reassuring to see him and see him moving around. He was a huge surprise but we really couldn't be more excited. It's amazing how life changes in a  year.
Love You all
Alicia, Jake, Ty and baby

TY is not so sure about the baby although today he settled on the names Yoda or Anikan. I think we will have to work on those :)

Cheese

So I guess I don't feed my child enough because today he felt the need to eat almost half of a block of cheese from Costco. I was gathering laundry and he came and told me not to worry about breakfast because he had his cheese! I wish I knew what was going on in his mind!

Easter

All I can say is that our son is spoiled, but that is OK by me! We love him more then anything, and apperentally I need to learn how to NOT buy him so many Toys. Atleast that is what Jake tells me :)

Amanda Came to Visit!!

We had so much fun and can't wait for her to come visit again. Hopefully we will get up to Seattle soon to see everyone!

Renaissance Festival

Tyler really wanted to ride an Elephant at the Renaissance Festival so we did. It was really fun, he kept laughing because it's ear was hitting his feet. There are so many things I love about Arizona and going to the Renaissance Festival every year is near the top of that list! Especially now we live like 30 minutes from it!

Pictures Finally!

Here are some random pictures from Jan and Feb. Sorry there arn't more, I was so sick we really didn't even leave the house!

OK I think WE are back!!

So sorry but it has been a crazy few months. It started with me getting MONO!!! Seriously who gets MONO? Apparently me! It was so not fun , being bed bound for a month. Sounds great until you realize that your three year old doesn't like that and you have to do dishes, laundry, and clean. And my doctor told me no contact sports for two months, I have a 3 year old boy, life is a contact sport for him! It was really not fun, I mean why couldn't I have gotten it is high school like everyone else!! Thank goodness for my Mom! Ok I am done venting!

So when I was sick Jake and I talked about selling our car and using our tax money and savings to get a newer car. We decided against it because our car wasn't really worth what we wanted to have for a new car, so we would just drive it till it died, or that is what I thought. Two weeks later Jake got in an accident (went across three lanes, hit the back of another car which spun Jake around and he hit the wall) Thankfully no one was hurt, I really think Heavenly Father just reached down and held Jake and made sure he was safe. But unfortunately the car didn't make it :( But the amazing thing was that insurance gave us over $1000 more then the care was worth if we had sold it. We were also able to find a much better car then we expected to and Jake talked them down to an amazing deal. It has been a crazy few months! Now the only thing I have to do is learn to drive the car, it is a stick! We will see how that goes! :)
Hope every one is great, I have tons of pictures to post and I promise I will do that soon!

GO CARDS

On the first day of school, a first grade teacher explains to her class that she is a Steelers fan.

She asks her students to raise their hands if they, too, are Steelers fans.

Wanting to impress their teacher, everyone in the class raises their hand except one little girl.

The teacher looks at the girl with surprise, 'Janie, why didn't you raise your hand.'

'Because, I'm not a Steelers fan.' she replied.

The teacher, still shocked, asked, 'Well if you are not a Steelers fan, then who are you a fan of?'

I'm a Cardinals fan, and proud of it,' Janie replied.

The teacher could not believe her ears. 'Janie, please tell me why you are a Cardinals fan?'

'Because my mom is a Cardinals fan, and my dad is a Cardinals fan, so I'm a Cardinals fan too!'

'Well,' said the teacher in a obviously annoyed tone, 'that is no reason for you to be a Cardinals fan. You don't have to be like your parents all of the time. what if your mom where an idiot and your dad was a moron, what would you be then?'

Janie smiled, 'I'd be a Steelers fan.'
